This business aids playing cruel heartless games on an already sad situation. They promote familys to be vindictive against one another and do not handle anything with sensitivity. After receiving mail from this business (an obituary and funeral plans) with no note or information I was immediately confused and at first alarmed that my grandmother had passed. She had not, this business did not return my phone calls when I asked to speak to a director to explain. IF YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS LAST WISHES TO BE TREATED LIKE A THREE RING CIRCUS THEN YOU HAVE FOUND THE BUSINESS TO DESTROY WHAT LAST BIT OF DIGNITY THEY HAD.
