Awesome staff with an eye to detail
THIS PLACE WAS SO BAD. THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND MEASUREMENTS. I SAID 1/2 INCH AND THE LADY USED 1/8. AND I ASKED FOR A FADE NOW I HAVE EMPTY PATCHES OF SCALP ON MY HEAD. I HOPE SHE GETS FIRED.
We called ahead to make an appointment for my grandmother to get a perm for a funeral she had the next day. The woman I spoke to confirmed that we did not need an appointment and could just walk-in. However, once I arrived with my grandmother in tow, we were turned away because we did not have an appointment, and asked to come back the next day, which we couldn't do because of the funeral. When I asked why we were told we could walk-in, the only response was that the woman I spoke to had already left for the day. This salon should not encourage walk-ins if they aren't capable of servicing walk-ins. I would give 0 stars since we received 0 service, but Google doesn't allow you to give less than 1 star.
Not a good cut for me. Depends on who is cutting the hair. Hang is good
I m not the type of person who does review. But, I m really disappointed and sad abt the service I got from this place. This is my 1st time visiting here. NILDA, was the one who did my hair cut. I showed her the picture, how I wanted my hair cut to be. She cut my hair and was kind of hesitating to blow dry my hair. I had to ask her 3 times to blow dry my hair. She said there will b an extra charge.. I agree and she blow dry my hair. I thought my hair was good. Next day, my co worker comment saying - "why is my hair uneven.. I thought he was joking with me. Until I straightened my hair and my husband asked me if I cut my hair again. I got confused.. He took picture of back of my hair. When I saw it. I was shocked. NildA did a horrible job, long story short..i had a appointment with manager. She did not show up as well. Called the salon..Nilda was the one who ans.. when I was telling her abt the haircut, she hangup the phone. After that I went to the store.. instead of apolozing, she accused me of her mistake saying why did I waited this long.. I was trying to explain her "I did not straightened my hair until yesterday and I saw my hair". She was basically inferring..it was me who ruined my own hair. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are sure about the hair dresser. Sabina and the another hair dresser lady who worked pm on Saturday were really helpful. They need to hire more people like them. NILDA WOULDN'T RECOMMEND AT ALL. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH HER. If i could.. I would post pic as well.
