It was such a pleasant experience at Bella Nails Spa. I got my manicure and many other services such done the salon and I love it. Staff are very friendly and well done job is a plus. I am satisfied with every service from the salon. I have tried services with other technicians as well and they all did a very good job. I live in Springfield but travel all the way there to get my nails done and it's all worth it. I would highly recommend this place to my family and others.
Owner will take appointments days in advance, once you walk in they are all busy, you can't get the person that you requested and have to take first available, even then you have to wait for 20-30 minutes, and of course she'll do a terrible job because she's new and doesn't know what she's doing. While waiting I did also observe that one of the technicians put the tools back into the sanitary bag and put them on the shelves with rest, after having used them on a client. Noteworthy: you simply because they are understaffed, not because they are so amazing an thus fully booked all the time. They intend to charm you to death once you get in, and also included in any service is a small bottle of water.
Love coming here and getting my nails done! They do a good job every time and take good care of their customers, always offering something to drink. They can get busy at times but walk ins are welcome. I always make an appointment and Ive been asking for Nina because she does a wonderful job with both manicures and pedicures! I highly recommended coming here, it is definitely a new favorite for me and I have become a regular!
I really like this place, the staff are friendly and they do a wonderful job! Thank you Leslie for always taking care of me. Your attention to detail is why I love this place.Prices are reasonable and since finding this place I don't go anywhere else.
We had a great experience, friendly staff, nice atmosphere and a good selection of nail colors. I had three little children with me and everyone was so welcoming. We will be back!
