I recently moved to this area and I needed a vet for a cat. However, I consider my cat to be family and that makes me incredibly picky about who I have taking care of him. My boyfriend had been taking his cat to Sully Animal Hospital for around a year and highly recommended them. I accompanied him to his cat's check up and I immediately knew this was the right place for both our boys. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They were very kind to our cat and were incredibly patient, even when he decided he would rather not be at the vet at that moment. I scheduled an appointment for my cat that day and I know he will always be in good hands when he is there. I highly recommend this vet to anyone who is looking.
I have taken my dogs--Lily and Henry--to Sully Animal Hospital for 3 years now. The staff there are very welcoming, caring, and professional. I am pleased from start to finish, and prices are fair yet competitive. Doctor Taddeo gives special attention to both of my dogs, which I appreciate very much. She does not rush the pets or me through the visit and has demonstrated concern in things that have concerned me. I am relieved to have a place to take my pets where they can be cared for the way they deserved to be! What's also great is that Sully AH keeps us, their clients, informed on important office closures and other important information, such as food recall from vendors.
NO WORDS TO PROPERLY DESCRIBE HOW WONDERFUL THEY ARE, but Im going to try. My husband and I had just moved to the area from California and did not expect to need to find a vet so close after moving. Our 17 DSH, Dori had been diagnosed with kidney failure 4 years prior and never gave us any signs that she was slowing down. Less than 2 weeks after moving here, Dori went downhill FAST. Within 24 hours she stopped eating, could barely walk and was losing continence. I found SAH on yelp and gave them a call. Boy did I hit the jackpot with finding these wonderful people. From walking through the door to actually meeting the doctor was maybe 10 minutes. Dr Taddeo was just wonderful. Didnt force tests or diagnostics, she validated our concerns and told us we had gone above and beyond for Dori and ultimately helped us make the decision to help Dori take the next step in her relief. I will never ever forget what they did for our family. Being 3,000 miles from the only home Id ever known, a vet who not only cared for my animals, but was a close personal friend,I felt so helpless. My pets will only be seeing Dr Taddeo from now on. People often show you their true selves when you are in a moment of crisis, and they showed to be the most kind and compassionate people I could hope to meet here.
We started bringing our pets to Sully Animal Hospital because we were not satisfied with our previous vets office. Since the moment we first called the staff was friendly, warm, and helpful. We unfortunately had to put our 19 year old cat to sleep and they made an awful situation a lot better. They were compassionate and kind. They even called to check on how we were doing several times and sent us a sympathy card. They went above and beyond our expectations and for this we were always take our pets to them.
My dog had consumed a substantial amount of chocolate and was throwing up all over the place I rushed her to Sully, from the minute I walked through the door the staff was so caring and professional I really felt their genuine concern about my dog they took her in and hooked her up to an ekg machine and checked her vitals right away she was cared for the minute she came through the door til the day she left they were able to induce vommiting and get all the chocolate out of her system now my baby is back home with me and I couldn't be happier! Thank you for caring for my dog like she was your very own! You guys are the best!
