Great food. Nice atmosphere. Tables could be more clean.I would give the customer service 1.5 stars. The experience is always inconsistent and more often the staff lacks attention to detail, listening skills, and good attitude.Chip was a great waiter.I never ate anything here that was not good.
I love Carrabas, but the service at this place is downright terrible. I'm a reasonable person by normal means. Overall attitude is poor. For some places like Dicks Last Resort it may be appropriate as you go in with the expectation of gruff and terrible service as entertainment. Needless to say my expectation of Carrabas was much different going in than from when I left. My significant other waited on several occasions of 20 min or more for service to our table and had to call other servers over to help us. This location has made the bottom of our list of local favorite go to eateries.
American Italian food. Consistently delicious, generous portions, menu updates keep it interesting. Nice decor and attentive service.
I prefer my own Italian food. So this place does not do anything for me. But, my sister loves it.
Worth driving from Fairfax for us. Well prepared, perfectly seasoned food. Warm bread, what a novelty! Attentive, polite service. The call-ahead ability from website is a great feature in lieu of reservation. Go.
