Service was agonizingly slow at 1130 pm. Marcellus was all around incompetent. Took forever to take drink order. We actually flagged someone else down. Then he took order and came back minutes later to clarify what I ordered. People who came behind us with a different server got their food and finished and we were still waiting. We were there 40 minutes with just coffee and a lot of excuses.
Host was a very nice and was able to seat myself and a friend quickly, that's about where the positive things ended. We were in an empty section, which was fine. The problem was the server never came by. After sitting for about 4 minutes I decided to start a stopwatch to see how long it would take. Well after an additional 10 minutes of waiting and no one coming by to at least either set water down or get drink orders. We decided to notify the manager of how long we had been waiting and that we would be going else where
I went here with my friends and we waited for about 10 minutes before any servers came to sit us, and when the server came we were ignored, so we asked if we could be seated and we were told it would be a 2 hour wait. So a 2 hour wait for a nearly empty restaurant that is open 24/7?
Went around 9pm; place was not busy. Service was quick and food was what you expect from I HOPE.
Love the Belgian chocolate mousse pancakes and the sirloin tips with eggs love the servers there
